Those are the words that came into my mind when I think of my holiday in KL. Oh, so much fun I had! Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. 4 days in KL. I miss KL! Can we go there again?

On Friday the 8th, Freddie and I started our journey at around 6ish. I remembered that we reached tuas Malaysia checkpoint by 7am. Had a pit stop at machap for breakfast before going straight all the way to sepang in hopes of catching the first free practice there! And yep, we did manage to catch it. Arrived in sepang at around 10.30am. When I first saw sepang, I got super duper excited. Omg! I felt like a kid seeing Disneyland for the time ever! And then I could hear the sound of the cars on track. Nearly jumped off my seat in excitement. LOL. We watched the free practice where schumi was third fastest (Woohoo!), shopped for our Sunday outfits, and by 1 we made our way up to KL.

Finding the location of our hotel wasn’t an easy feat, I’m telling you. Not when you don’t have gps, the exact address of your hotel and its number at the back of your hand. My mistake! I totally forgot to take down all those particulars. Thanks to aimi chan’s help, we managed to call the hotel and ask for directions. My first impression when I saw the hotel’s reception area was, “wow. We chose a pretty posh hotel huh.” XD and then we got into our suite and I went double WOW! I freaking loved our suite! It was on the 26th floor and we could see the twin towers from all our rooms! So so lovely.. Thank you park royal..your service went beyond my expectation. Rest assured that will not be my only visit to park royal

We had a nap before going out for dinner at pavillion. Pepper lunch. Yummy. I got to take a picture with an eccentric blue man. Hehe. And that pretty much wraps up our Friday. Did I miss out on anything? :S

On Saturday, we spent the day walking around KL. Shopping at klcc, lunch at nando’s and then dinner at tony Roma’s at pavillion. Watched a little bit of the quali session on a wide screen at coffee bean too. With aimi chan and the boys! Everyone was so into f1. People who speak my language. I like that!

Sunday was a highly eventful day. Oh gosh. Lets not relive the memories again shall we? Whatever happened in sepang, stays in sepang. Lets just hope and pray that next year will not be a repeat of this year’s madness. Nevertheless, I still did enjoy watching the race with my Izzie and Freddie. Wearing my spiffing new schumi shirt, my cap and my black earmuffs with built in radio, I felt super awesome! There I was, 22 years old, first time in sepang, and surrounded by my super f1 fanatic friends. Couldn’t be happier really.

Hanging out with friends, eating with friends, enjoying my holiday with friends..new ones and old ones..that’s what made my holiday so fun. Ah, and then there’s Monday too. Well, that I shall keep it a secret. Hehe. But just so you know, I don’t have any regrets.

If there’s a legend of Puteri Gunung Ledang, then I shall be Puteri KLCC! Hehehe =P

Need more practice with this pose though..look at that arm! This pose makes my arm look so fat! Urgh. But wait.. I’m supposed to blog about my KL trip right.. Oops! Sidetracked as always..

KL was fun fun fun! And food food food! Heh. I need time to gather my thoughts and blog about KL so patience please! I’m not sure if I’ll be going for any more holidays this year so maybe this trip is gonna be the highlight of my 2011..who knows huh?

One main highlight about KL was..that I got sick. Yup. I so conveniently fell sick on the very morning that we left for KL and was sick throughout the entire duration of my holiday. But I still had fun despite the discomforts of being ill

I promise I’ll blog soon. Gotta take my meds now and then bam! Sleep again. Thank god for those little yellow tablets that the doc gave me.. I swear it’s heaven-sent! Makes me sleep like a baby =)

I thought that Rossi’s race was as good as over when he crashed but well waddya know, he got back up! And for quite some time there he was way back in 16th from 3rd (before he crashed). One by one riders crashed out of the race and at the end of it all, Rossi got 5th! Not bad huh. Usually when a rider crashed, the performance of his bike will greatly suffer but surprisingly, Rossi’s desmosedici was still in a good condition! The evidence can be seen during straight roads where the Ducati is at its best. I saw Rossi overtake a rider along the start/finish line and I was like WHOA.. The power of that bike is awesome! Imagine if Rossi didn’t crash out..no doubt he could’ve won that race. And bear in mind that Rossi was riding his second bike (he crashed his preferred number1 bike during qualifying).

Overall, from what I can see I think Ducati is moving forward very very nicely. The power is there. A little more tweaking to get the bike-rider setup right and Rossi will be on FIRE! Next race is on the 1st May at Estoril, Portugal. That’s a damn long way to go! =(

I hope Rossi will take the time to rest and let his shoulder heal.

But more importantly, next week..SEPANG! Four more days! =)

Yeah! It’s done! Week by week I sign this darned roster and now I’ve finally reached my Target..1st of April. Coz on the 8th I won’t be here to sign the roster Woohoo sepang here I come! 6 more days and I’ve already started to bounce off the walls lol!

I told my mum about it over breakfast this morning. Mum says that its a good thing because grandpa is remembering me. I don’t know how true that is though.. but it did make me miss him a lot. :’(

Which one looks nicer? ^^

Or maybe I should aim for a Kate Spade? Hehe
